When it comes to listing your trip on your website or booking platform, you MUST include the following:
Destination Description: What about this place makes it a great travel destination.
Dates of Travel: When will the trip take place.
Hotel Description: What does this hotel have to offer.
Pricing Information: How much is the trip, deadline to make final payment, book now pay later, is the price based on 2 people or not, deposit amount, single payment amount.
Travel Documents: Do they need a passport, visa or just photo ID.
Room Type: List room type, size, bedding type, and whats included in the room.
What's Included: What all does this trip/package contain
What's Not Included: What all does this trip/package do not contain
Excursion Info: List detailed info about excursion that is included in the price, will client be picked up at hotel or a meeting place, is food included, etc.
Travel Notes: Anything a client should know about destination, hotel, airport code, age limit to book trip etc.
The more they know, the less they would worry you lol.
